This compact oven combines convection, grill and microwave energies, offering the caterer cooking versatility to roast, bake, brown, reheat and defrost with the speed and convenience of microwave, without any loss of the traditional cooking values. This oven can be used to supplement conventional cooking facilities or as the prime cooking unit in any food service operation.

The Pro Combi's large vitreous enamelled steel cooking cavity is designed for optimum cooking performance, offering the user the benefits of easy cleaning with built in shelf supports, a sealed-in ceramic base plate and a grill that will fold down for cleaning.

No need either for space consuming turntable, as the oven has a microwave stirrer drive system to ensure even cooking of single or multiple food items.

The Pro Combi is equipped with easy to use push button and dial controls. The convection and grill options are set by the turn of the dial. Microwave power is added by push buttons which control both time and power levels, to achive perfect results every time.

The Pro Combi features the unique time saving JET START, which gives the user a one touch pre-set operation for repetitive menu applications.

To improve cavity illumination, the Pro Combi is fitted with an energy efficient halogen lamp.
